• Kitchen: Perfect size for two, complete with brand new appliances, a microwave, toaster, kettle, Nespresso machine, and cooking essentials (oil, spices, coffee).

• Parking: Available from just £8/day upon request.
   

House Rules & Notes

• Strictly No Parties, Events, or Pets: We live next door and maintain a peaceful environment. Indoor smoking and unregistered guests are prohibited.

• Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM to 7:30 AM.

• Amenities: Communal washer/dryer on the 1st floor (restricted hours apply). We eco-recycle and use refillable toiletries.

• Long Stays: Stays over 12 days require a £55 mid-stay clean (two cleans required for stays over 30 days).

• Check-In: Keyless entry via smart lock (lockbox alternative available). Host is available via app or phone, and airport transfers can be arranged for an extra fee.
