Our home features a bright living room, one bathroom (with a separate WC), a garden, and street parking. It is exceptionally well-located: 15 minutes to Shoreditch by bus, and a short walk to Broadway Market (7 mins), Columbia Road (13 mins), and Haggerston Station (8 mins). By train, you can reach St Pancras in 30 minutes and the city centre in 35 minutes.

The Space

This lovely, artsy, and newly furnished 3-bedroom house provides an excellent base for your London stay. Situated in a friendly neighbourhood just 2 minutes from Regent's Canal, it comfortably hosts up to 6 people (can sleep up to 8 if 2 use the sofa bed, though all guests must share one bathroom).

• Rooms: Three generous first-floor bedrooms featuring blackout curtains, facing the garden. Includes one king-size bed and two double beds.

• Living Room: Features a 45” Netflix-equipped TV, a comfortable sofa bed, and direct access to the garden.

• Kitchen: Fully equipped for home cooking with a fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machines (Nespresso and French press), and a breakfast table.

• Bathroom: Features a spacious walk-in shower and a separate toilet.

• Garden: Sun-soaked space seating 6 people across 2 small tables.

• Baby Cot: Foldable travel cot available upon request (please bring your own mattress and bedding).

• Parking: Available from £8/day. Free on weekends and overnight (8:30 PM–8:00 AM) on weekdays.
   

Neighbourhood

Haggerston is a fantastic, safe area recommended by Time Out and The Guardian. Broadway Market, London Fields, Victoria Park, Columbia Road Flower Market, and Hackney City Farm are all a short walk away. Shoreditch, Brick Lane, and Spitalfields are a 30-minute walk or two Overground stops away.

The nearby Regent’s Canal towpath is lined with street art and independent cafes. Additionally, local railway arches host a vibrant mix of craft pubs, concept cafes, and top-tier eateries.

Getting Around

Haggerston Station (Overground) connects to the Victoria line at Highbury & Islington in 12 minutes, Stratford in 21 minutes, and Peckham Rye in 24 minutes. Excellent bus services also put the City just a 10-minute ride away, and the area is highly walkable.

House Rules & Notes

• Strict Policies: No parties, no events, no pets, and no indoor smoking.

• Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

• Guests: Only registered guests allowed; the primary booker must be present throughout the stay.

• Stays over 12 days: Requires purchasing an additional mid-stay clean.

• Check-in/out: Standard check-in is at 3:00 PM (5:00 PM for last-minute bookings). Early check-in (12:00 PM) or late check-out (12:00 PM) are available for £30 each.

• Add-ons: Airport transfers can be arranged for an extra fee.

• Linens: Professionally dry-cleaned sheets and towels are provided (unironed). Take care of keys, as losses incur a replacement fee.
