By providing Arte Stays with your e-mail address, you agree that we may use your e-mail address to send you important notifications and communications about our services, news and special content. If you do not wish to receive these e-mails, you may opt-out of receiving them by sending us your request through our contact information or by using the "unsubscribe" option in the e-mails themselves. This option may prevent you from receiving emails about our services, important news and special content.
3. BOOKINGS
The purpose of this clause is to regulate the booking of accommodation in houses and flats provided by Arte Stays, located in central London, for both leisure and corporate clients for short, medium and long term stays.
The client may book the accommodation directly through the website by selecting the dates of stay, the desired type of accommodation and filling in the information required for the booking.
The client may pay for the booking using the available and secure payment methods provided on the website. Payment may include a deposit and/or full payment for the stay, as stipulated in the booking process.
The booking will be considered confirmed when Arte Stays has received the correct payment authorisation and sends the client a written confirmation of the booking via email or any other electronic means.
The client will have the right to cancel or modify their reservation in accordance with Arte Stays cancellation policies. Such policies will be available for consultation on the website and will be communicated during the booking process.
Arte Stays maintains the right of admission. Access to the accommodation may be denied if the client fails to comply with the terms of the booking or Arte Stays policies.
The client assumes responsibility for any damage that may be caused to the accommodation during their stay and agrees to follow the rules set by the provider.
4. RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE CLIENT
The client undertakes to use the accommodation exclusively for the purpose of a temporary stay and shall not engage in any activities that are contrary to current legislation, the rules of the community of neighbours, or that are disturbing to the environment or to other occupants of the property.
The client is responsible for maintaining the accommodation in good condition for the duration of their stay. Any damage or deterioration caused by improper use or negligence will be repaired at the client's expense.
The client is obliged to comply with the internal regulations of the accommodation established by Arte Stays, which include, but are not limited to, hours of silence, use of common areas and waste management.
The client may not exceed the number of people authorised in the reservation and must inform to Arte Stays of any additional visits that may alter the agreed occupancy.
The client shall be responsible for the security of their belongings within the accommodation. Furthermore, the client is expected to maintain a civic and respectful behaviour towards neighbours and Arte Stays staff.
In case of any incident or emergency within the accommodation, the client undertakes to inform Arte Stays immediately in order to take the appropriate measures.
At the end of the stay, the client undertakes to leave the accommodation in reasonable conditions of order and cleanliness, and to return all keys or access devices.
Failure to comply with any of these responsibilities may result in financial penalties for the client and/or early termination of the accommodation agreement without right to refund.
5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Arte Stays offers houses and flats with accommodation services and is not responsible for services external to the accommodation, such as, but not limited to, transportation, external events, third party services, or any other service not explicitly included in the accommodation agreement.
Arte Stays shall not be liable for the total or partial non-fulfilment of its obligations, when such non-fulfilment is due to force majeure events or circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, terrorist acts, war, technical problems, power cuts, or legislative changes.
Arte Stays shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including loss of profits or business interruption that the client may suffer, arising out of the use or inability to use the accommodation, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional acts on the part of Arte Stays.
Arte Stays is not responsible for incidents such as theft, personal injury or any other damage that the client may suffer within the accommodation, unless such incidents are the result of proven negligence on the part of Arte Stays.
Whilst Arte Stays undertakes to ensure that the accommodation is in optimal condition for its use, it is not responsible for any inconvenience or damage that may arise due to hidden faults or problems not previously known which are communicated and dealt with diligently upon notification by the client.
In any case, the responsibility of Arte Stays will be limited to the total amount paid by the client for the reservation of the accommodation during the period in which the non-fulfilment of the obligations has occurred.
By visiting the website and accessing the content available on the website (blog), you accept personal responsibility for the results of the use of the information and content available on the website. You agree that Arte Stays does not guarantee the results of actions advised or not advised by this website and the content available on the website. Arte Stays provides resources and content for informational purposes only. You acknowledge and agree that your ultimate success or failure to use the information and content available on the website will be the result of your own efforts, your particular situation and a number of other circumstances beyond the control of Arte Stays.
6. COPYRIGHT
All Arte Stays materials, including but not limited to names, logos, trademarks, images, text, columns, graphics, videos, photographs, illustrations, software and other items, are protected by copyrights, trademarks and/or other intellectual property rights owned and controlled by Arte Stays or by third parties who have licensed or otherwise provided their material to the website.
