You will be ideally located just a 10-minute walk from Whitechapel and Aldgate East stations, 18 minutes from the iconic Tower of London and Tower Bridge, and 20 minutes from the beautiful St Katharine Docks in Wapping.

• Stansted: 65–70 minutes
   

Rooms

The flat features three cozy bedrooms with comfortable double beds and darkening curtains:

• First Floor: Two bedrooms face the road but feature double-glazed windows for excellent sound insulation.

• Top Floor: A private, charming attic bedroom.

Exposed wood beams and large ceiling windows flood two of the rooms with beautiful natural light.
 

Kitchen & Living Room

Relax in our beautifully designed open-plan living area, featuring a 45” Smart TV (with Netflix), a large comfortable sofa, an armchair, and a designer coffee table. The dining area includes a handsome oak table with six chairs. The fully equipped kitchen comes with everything you need to cook at home, including oil, balsamic vinegar, coffee, tea, a toaster, a kettle, a French press, a Nespresso De'Longhi machine, a large fridge, an oven, a microwave, and a washing machine.
 

Bathroom

The flat has one full bathroom (shower over bath) and one separate toilet. The main bathroom features a rare London luxury: a wide ceiling window that fills the space with natural light.
 

Baby Cot

We provide a foldable mesh travel cot (100x74x74 cm, suitable up to 36 months) upon request. Please note we do not provide a baby mattress or bedding, so please bring your own.
 

Guest Access

• Entrance: 23 stairs to enter the property.

• Inside: 12 stairs to the first floor, and 12 stairs to the second-floor attic bedroom.
   

House Rules

• Cleanings: Stays over 12 days require 1 mandatory mid-stay cleaning. Stays over 30 days require 2 cleanings.

• Last-Minute Bookings: Check-in starts at 5:00 PM (though it may be ready by 3:00 PM).

• No Parties or Events: We live next door and strictly enforce this rule.

• Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

• No Pets & No Smoking: Both are strictly prohibited indoors.

• Guests: Only registered guests are allowed. The primary booker must be present for check-in.

• Keys: A fee applies for lost keys.

• Linens: All sheets and towels are professionally dry-cleaned but not ironed.
