Check-Out: By 10:00 AM. We kindly ask that you depart by this time so our professional housekeeping teams have sufficient time to prepare the property to our impeccably high standards for the next arriving guests.

Linens & Towels: We proudly provide freshly laundered, premium bedding and plush towels for the entire duration of your stay. Simply let us know your exact guest count prior to arrival, and our team will ensure everything is meticulously prepared and beautifully set up for you.

Booking, Extensions, & Policies
Property Sizes: We offer a highly versatile range of accommodations designed to suit any party size or requirements, from cosy studio apartments perfect for solo travellers to spacious 5-bedroom houses ideal for families and groups.
Cancellations: You are welcome to cancel your booking at any time; however, please be aware that our standard cancellation policies will apply once the reservation is officially finalised. We highly recommend reviewing these detailed terms during the booking process.
Extending Your Stay: We love hosting you for longer! Extensions are always warmly welcomed, provided that the property has ongoing availability. Simply reach out to our dedicated booking management team via our website contact form, and they will gladly mediate the entire process for you.
Long-Term Stays: Planning an extended visit to the area? Many of our corporate and leisure guests choose to stay with us for months at a time. For any long-term stays exceeding 30 consecutive days, please reach out directly to hello@artestays.com so we can discuss tailored options.
Property Viewings: To strictly protect the privacy and security of our current in-house guests, we do not offer in-person property viewings at this time. However, we guarantee that all online photos, virtual details, and descriptions of our homes are completely accurate and kept fully up to date.

Everything was fine and we would book this place again. Please follow the host rules and instructions for your comfort. One of the reasons we booked this place was the rule of taking off shoes when coming to flat. It was really clean. The flat has everything you need. Arte Stays is very responsive and respond to messages quickly with helpful guidance. Supermarket is near the flat, 2 mins walk away.

This charming and well designed flat is filled with artful details which are incorporated throughout the space. If you are looking for a comfortable yet interesting place to stay, walking distance to the train station, cafe’s, restaurants and parks you will not be disappointed. The flat itself was extremely clean and well maintained. Arte Stays is an attentive host who was responsive to all our needs. This flat was exceptional and we really had a lovely stay.

Arte Stays's place is very wonderful. We felt like home the second we entered it. The location itself is also very lovely because you can reach anything in London pretty fast and also walking around in the neighbourhood is very lovely. Antonia is very helpful and tries everything to make your stay as comfortable as it can be!

We absolutely loved everything!! The apartment is beautiful!! Clean!! Well decorated! We feel at home! The location is good! Minutes from Wembley Park station and then directly via the 'jubilee line' to central London! It was amazing! Very good communication with the owners!! Easy access! Beautiful beautiful place, beautifully furnished, looks brand new. It had everything we needed to be comfortable to cook and relax. Very quick to try and resolve an issue that came up. The view is really nice, the outside patio/ balcony is very large. The TV was great, bathrooms stunning with beautiful mood lighting throughout them and the house, comfortable beds. Quiet. Safe. Security system installed.

The house was perfect, spacious, just what we needed, and exactly as described. Everything in the house looked new – including furniture and carpets. A really handy location, close to loads of restaurants, and walking distance to Stratford Station. Arte was extremely helpful, and willing to allow us a late check out when requested. Could not have been better, very highly recommend, we will definitely be returning!

Staying at Arte Stays’s place in Hackney was lovely. A quit neighbourhood, in walking distance from London Fields, Regent’s canal, Mare street and different options for public transportation. The host is a great host and nothing was too much trouble!

It was the third time I have rented this apartment and I feel incredibly comfortable and at home there every time. Should I want to go to London again and the apartment is not free, I would probably rather postpone the time than another place to stay.
