The Space

Step into an inviting, open-plan living area with double-height ceilings, offering a bright, airy, and sophisticated atmosphere across this 80.63 m² apartment. The property is located on the first floor, accessible via 21 stairs (no lift).

The flat features concrete flooring by design. If this minimalist style isn't for you, please do not book.

Both bedrooms are generously sized and house comfortable king-size beds dressed in premium cotton bedding. Each room includes a large wardrobe and storage space. Please note that both bedrooms are built internally within the apartment layout and do not have external windows.
 

Kitchen

The well-equipped open-plan kitchen includes a built-in fridge/freezer, cooking utensils, oil, cookies, a coffee machine, and a French press to make you feel right at home. We do not provide a microwave.
 

LivingRoom & Workstation

The beautifully laid-out living area features unique artwork, large ceiling windows, a dining table, a TV-free environment, and a dedicated workstation for remote work. Important: If booking for 5 people, the guest using the sofa bed should note there are no window curtains in this room.
 

Bathroom

The bathroom comes equipped with a toilet, sink, bathtub, and a washing machine, making longer stays entirely effortless.
 

Neighbourhood & Transit

Situated moments from Bethnal Green Underground (Central Line), you can travel across London with ease. Liverpool Street, Oxford Circus, Hyde Park, and Notting Hill are just minutes away. The Bethnal Green Overground station is also nearby, and Canary Wharf is an easy 20-minute commute.
 

East London's renowned art galleries, bakeries, and cafes are right at your doorstep. On the weekend, enjoy a stroll around Victoria Park, Broadway Market, and Columbia Road Flower Market, all within a short walk.
 

Guest Access & Interaction

Guests have exclusive access to the entire flat. Please note that you must take the stairs to get into the flat (21 stairs) as there is NO lift. We are happy to answer any questions via Airbnb messages or phone calls.
 

House Rules & Notes

• Long Stays: Stays longer than 12 days require the purchase of a mandatory mid-stay cleaning.

• Last-Minute Bookings: Check-in is at 5:00 PM (subject to availability, it may be ready by 3:00 PM).

• Early/Late Options: Early check-in (12:00 PM) or late check-out (12:00 PM) is available for an extra £30 each.

• No Pets & No Smoking: Strictly prohibited inside the flat.

• No Parties or Events: Gatherings are not allowed. We live next door and want to ensure guests understand that partying does not go with this house.

• Quiet Hours: Enforced from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please respect our neighbors.

• Registered Guests Only: Only registered guests are allowed. The primary booker must be present throughout the stay.

• Key Management: Please take care of the keys. Lost keys incur a replacement fee.

• Respect the Space: Please treat our home with care. Reach out if you have questions.

• Linens: We professionally dry-clean all bed sheets and towels. We do not iron our sheets.
