The Space
Designed to be highly functional and comfortable, this flat is the perfect place to relax after a long day of exploring London.

• Bed & Bath: A comfortable double bed features professionally dry-cleaned, high-quality linen and towels, right next to a newly fitted bathroom.

• Living & Dining: Features a nice-sized round dining table with two comfortable designer chairs and a 40” TV equipped with Netflix.

• Kitchen: A perfect size for two people, featuring brand-new appliances. It is fully stocked with a Nespresso machine, toaster, kettle, hand blender, and essentials like oil, balsamico, salt, pepper, and cookies.

• Amenities: A communal washer/dryer is located on the first floor. Cheap parking is available for just £8 per day upon request. Please note: the building has no lift.

• Strictly No Parties, Events, or Smoking: We live next door and are very careful to maintain a quiet, peaceful environment.

• Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please respect our neighbors.

• No Pets Allowed.

• Registered Guests Only: The primary booker must be present at check-in and throughout the stay.

• Eco-Friendly: We proudly use a refill system for all shower gels and cleaning products. Please help us recycle!
   

Guest Access & Interaction
We use a seamless, secure keyless entry system for check-in, and detailed instructions will be sent automatically upon booking. Alternatively, physical keys can be arranged via a lockbox. I am always available via the app or phone call, and I can meet you in person if needed. We are also happy to provide airport pick-up and drop-off services for an additional fee.
 

Note: Stays longer than 12 days require one mid-stay clean (£55). Stays longer than 30 days require two additional cleanings.
