Located on the second floor (accessible by stairs only, no lift), this flat is designed to be both functional and comfortable.

• Main Room: Striking exposed brick wall, brand-new double bed with high-quality linens, blackout blinds, a 30-inch Smart TV with Netflix, and a wardrobe.

• Workspace/Dining: A round table for two, perfect for meals or remote work.

• Kitchenette: Nespresso machine, microwave, 2-burner induction hob, toaster, kettle, and complimentary essentials (salt, pepper, coffee, and cookies).

• Bathroom: Modern bathroom with a walk-in shower. One bath towel and one face towel are provided per person (professionally dry-cleaned, unironed).
   

Guest Access & Interaction

• Full Privacy: You will have exclusive, private access to the entire studio.

• Easy Check-In: Self-check-in is available.

• Host Support: We respect your privacy but are available via message whenever you need questions answered or local recommendations.

Stay Notes & Booking Policies

• Check-In Time: Standard check-in applies. For last-minute bookings, check-in starts at 5:00 PM (though the property may be ready by 3:00 PM).

• Long Stays: Stays longer than 12 days require one additional mid-stay cleaning (£55). Stays longer than 30 days require two additional cleanings.

• House Rules: Strictly no parties, events, pets, or smoking indoors. Only registered guests are allowed on the property. Please look after the keys, as replacements incur a fee.

• Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. We live next door and kindly ask you to respect our neighbours.
