The Space

Our beautiful studio apartment provides an excellent home base for a memorable stay in London. We have designed it to feel like a true "home away from home."

Situated on the first floor, the flat boasts high ceilings and lovely natural daylight. It has everything you need for a comfortable, independent stay, including a fitted kitchenette and a private bathroom. The space is functional and comfortable—perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring London. The neighbourhood is peacefully residential, yet you are just 15 minutes away from the city centre—a perfect win-win!

• Bed & Linens: Features a brand-new double bed with a comfortable mattress. High-quality linen and towels (1 bath towel and 1 face towel per person) are provided.

• Storage: A dedicated wardrobe is available in the apartment for your clothes and belongings.

• Dining & Living Area: Includes a nicely sized round dining table with two chairs and a 30-inch TV with Netflix.

• Kitchenette: A modern kitchenette with brand-new appliances, allowing you to prepare meals easily. It comes fully equipped with salt, pepper, complimentary cookies, coffee, a toaster, a kettle, a combination microwave/oven, a 2-burner induction hob, a Nespresso coffee machine, and more.
   

Laundry Room

Guests have access to a communal laundry facility located on the 3rd floor. It features two washing machines and one dryer, which are completely free to use between 7:00 AM and 10:00 PM.

If you are travelling with a larger group or family, we have additional studio flats available within the very same building. Please send us a message to check availability!

• Self-Check-In: Enjoy a seamless check-in process via a secure link sent before your arrival.

• Accessibility: Please note the flat is on the first floor and requires climbing stairs (no lift).

I am available online between 8:00 AM and 11:30 PM to help with any questions, and I am happy to meet in person if you would like!
 

House Rules

• No Parties or Events: Parties, gatherings, and loud music are strictly prohibited.

• Quiet Hours: From 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please respect our neighbours.

• Long Stays (12+ Days): Stays longer than 12 days require the purchase of one mid-stay cleaning service. For stays longer than 30 days, two additional cleanings must be purchased.

• Last-Minute Bookings: Check-in starts at 5:00 PM (availability may vary, and the studio may sometimes be ready by 3:00 PM).
