House Rules & Notes

We want you to have a wonderful stay! To help us keep the property pristine and maintain great relationships with our neighbours, we kindly ask all guests to adhere to the following guidelines:

• Peace & Quiet: Quiet hours are strictly observed between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Parties, gatherings, or events are strictly forbidden. As we live next door, we closely monitor the property to ensure a peaceful environment for everyone.

• Guest Verification: Only registered guests are permitted on the property. The primary booker must be present for the duration of the stay.

• No Smoking & No Pets: This is a strictly smoke-free and pet-free home. Illegal activities of any kind are strictly prohibited.

• Last-Minute Bookings: For bookings made at the last minute, check-in starts at 5:00 PM (though your room may be ready by 3:00 PM, subject to availability).

• Mid-Stay Cleaning (Long Stays): To keep the flat in top condition, additional cleanings are required for longer stays. Stays over 12 days require 1 mid-stay clean; stays over 30 days require 2 mid-stay cleans.

• Linen & Care: All sheets and towels are professionally dry-cleaned for your health and comfort (please note they are not ironed). Please treat the home with care—lost keys will incur a replacement fee.
