Our beautiful studio apartment provides an excellent home base for a memorable stay in London. We have designed it to feel like a true "home away from home" :)
 

Located on the second floor (no elevator), the flat has everything you need for your stay, including a newly fitted kitchenette and a private bathroom. The space is functional and comfortable—perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. The neighborhood is peaceful and residential while remaining just 15 minutes away from the city centre—a true win-win! :)

Guest Access

To ensure a smooth arrival, please note the building's layout: you will need to climb 7 steps to reach the main entrance of the building. Once inside, there is a short walk down the corridor, followed by approximately 30 steps leading up to our cozy second-floor studio flat.
 

House Rules & Notes

• Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. No parties, events, or loud music allowed.

• Last-Minute Bookings: For last-minute bookings, check-in starts at 5:00 PM (though availability varies and the flat may be ready as early as 3:00 PM).

• Long Stays: Stays longer than 12 days require 1 mid-stay cleaning (£55). Stays longer than 30 days require 2 additional cleanings.
