The Space

Our beautiful studio provides a comfortable "home away from home" in a residential neighbourhood just 15 minutes from the city centre. It features a newly fitted, fully equipped kitchen (with a toaster, blender, kettle, Nespresso machine, and cooking essentials) and a modern bathroom.

• Beds: One brand new double bed and a 3-level adjustable single sofa bed. High-quality professionally dry-cleaned linen and towels are provided.

• Living: Round dining table for two and a 40” TV with Netflix.

• Parking: Available from £8/day upon request.

• Travelling as a group? We have multiple studio flats in this building. Message us for details!
   

House Rules & Notes

• Strictly No Parties, Events, or Pets: We live next door and maintain a peaceful environment. Indoor smoking and unregistered guests are prohibited.

• Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM to 7:30 AM.

• Amenities: Communal washer/dryer on the 1st floor (restricted hours apply). We eco-recycle and use refillable toiletries.

• Long Stays: Stays over 12 days require a £55 mid-stay clean (two cleans required for stays over 30 days).

• Check-In: Keyless entry via smart lock (lockbox alternative available). Last-minute bookings have a 5:00 PM check-in. Airport transfers are available for an extra fee.
