• Kitchen: Perfect size for two people. Fully equipped with brand-new appliances, a Nespresso machine, toaster, kettle, and hand blender. We provide cooking essentials like oil, balsamico, salt, pepper, coffee, and cookies!

• Laundry & Parking: Communal washer/dryer on the first floor (restricted hours apply). Parking is available from £8/day upon request.

• Sustainability: We proudly recycle and use a refill system for all toiletries and cleaning products.

House Rules

• No parties, events, smoking, or pets. We live next door and strictly enforce this to respect our neighbors.

• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM.

• Guests: Only registered guests allowed; the primary booker must be present.

• Long stays: Stays over 12 days require a mid-stay clean (£55). Stays over 30 days require two cleans.
   

 

Guest Access & Interaction

We use a keyless entry system for seamless self-check-in, though a physical key lockbox can be arranged. Please note the building has no lift. We love hosting and are available via the app, phone, or in person. Optional airport transfers are available for an additional price.
