• Living & Dining: Round dining table with designer chairs and a 40” Smart TV with Netflix.

• Kitchen: Fully equipped with a Nespresso machine, toaster, kettle, blender, and cooking essentials (oil, spices, coffee).

• Amenities: Communal washer/dryer on the first floor. Cheap parking available for £8/day upon request.
   

House Rules

• Strictly No Parties, Events, or Smoking. (We live next door and require a peaceful environment).

• Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM.

• No Pets Allowed.

• Registered Guests Only: The primary booker must be present at check-in.

• Eco-Friendly: We use a refill system for toiletries and cleaning products; recycling is encouraged.
   

Guest Access & Interaction
Self-check-in is seamless via a keyless entry system (lockbox with physical keys available upon request). Please note there is no lift in the building. As a Superhost, I am available via the app, phone, or in person if needed. We also offer airport pick-up and drop-off services for an additional fee.
 

Note: Stays longer than 12 days require a mid-stay clean (£55). Stays longer than 30 days require two cleanings.
