The Space

• Living & Dining Room: Bright, minimalist style with a 50” Smart TV (Netflix), comfortable sofa bed (sleeps 2), wooden dining table, fast Wi-Fi, and darkening blinds.

• Kitchen: Fully equipped with cooking essentials, a fridge/freezer, and a washing machine.

• Bedroom 1: Peaceful, minimal design with a double bed, darkening blinds, and fresh, professionally dry-cleaned linens and towels.

• Bedroom 2 (Loft Style): Cosy and private double bedroom with darkening blinds, accessed via internal stairs.

• Bathroom: Modern space featuring a rain shower, large sink, toilet, complimentary shower gel, and a hairdryer.
   

Essential Information

• Stairs: Guests must be comfortable with stairs. There are stairs to enter the apartment and internal stairs leading to the loft bedroom.

• Accessibility: This property is not suitable for guests with mobility issues, the elderly, or toddlers due to multiple staircases.

• Baby Cot: A foldable travel cot is available upon request.

• Parking: Free on weekends. Weekday parking (Mon–Fri) is available from £8/day upon request. Paid parking is available for multiple vehicles.

• No Parties or Events: We live next door and strictly prohibit gatherings.

• Quiet Hours: 10 PM to 8 AM.

• Strictly Prohibited: No pets, no indoor smoking, and no illegal activities.

• Check-in: Standard check-in applies. For last-minute bookings, check-in starts at 5 PM (subject to availability).

• Guests: Only registered guests are allowed on the property. The primary guest must be present for check-in.

• Linens: All sheets and towels are professionally dry-cleaned (not ironed).
