The Space

Our beautiful studio provides a comfortable "home away from home" in a quiet, residential neighborhood just 15 minutes from the city center. It features a newly fitted kitchen and bathroom, fully optimized for relaxing after a long day of exploring London.

• Bed: Brand new double bed with a comfortable mattress, high-quality linen, and fresh towels.

• Living & Dining: A round dining table with two designer chairs, plus a 30” TV with Netflix.

• Kitchen: Perfectly sized for two, featuring brand-new appliances, a toaster, kettle, hand blender, Nespresso machine, and complimentary essentials (oil, balsamico, spices, coffee, and cookies).

• Larger Groups: We have multiple studio flats available in the same building. Message us for details!
   

Guest Access & Interaction

• Check-In: Enjoy flexible, keyless smart entry. Detailed instructions are sent upon booking (lockbox physical keys available upon request).

• Support: I am available via the app, phone, or in person if needed.
   

House Rules & Notes

• Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. No parties, events, loud music, or unregistered guests.

• Restrictions: Strictly no pets, no smoking indoors, and no illegal activities.

• Laundry: The communal washer/dryer is located on the 1st floor (permitted hours are posted on the door).

• Eco-Friendly: We recycle and use refillable bottles for shower gels and cleaning products.

• Linens: All sheets and towels are professionally dry-cleaned (not ironed).

• Parking: Available for just £8 per day upon request.

• Long Stays: Stays over 12 days require a £55 mid-stay clean. Stays over 30 days require two cleanings.

• Extras: Airport pick-up and drop-off are available for an additional fee.
