The Space

Our beautiful studio apartment provides an excellent home base for a memorable stay in London. We have designed it to feel like a "home away from home." As mentioned above, it is a very small flat, and we want you to be fully aware of this before you book! :)

Located on the first floor (no elevator), the flat is designed to be functional and comfortable for relaxing after a long day of exploring. The neighbourhood is peaceful and residential while remaining just 15 minutes away from the city centre—a true win-win! :)

• Brand new double bed with a comfortable mattress.

• High-quality linen and towels provided (1 bath towel and 1 hand towel per person).

Kitchenette
A well-sized kitchenette with brand-new appliances, perfect for practicing your cooking skills. It is fully equipped with salt, pepper, coffee, cookies, a toaster, a kettle, a combination microwave/oven, a portable 1-burner induction hob, a Nespresso machine, and more :)

Guest Access

We look forward to welcoming you! To ensure a smooth arrival, please note that you will need to climb 7 steps to reach the front entrance of the building. Once inside, you will walk through a short corridor and ascend 15 steps to reach the first floor where the flat is located.

House Rules & Notes

• Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. No parties, events, or loud music allowed. We live next door and strictly enforce this to respect our neighbors.

• Long Stays: Stays longer than 12 days require 1 mid-stay cleaning (£55). Stays longer than 30 days require 2 additional cleanings.

• No Pets & No Smoking: Strictly prohibited inside the flat.

• Registered Guests Only: Only guests listed on the booking are permitted on the property. The person who booked must be present for check-in and throughout the stay.

• Laundry: The communal washer/dryer is located on the first floor. Please note the restricted operational hours posted on the laundry door.

• Eco-Friendly: We use a refill system for all shower gels and cleaning products. We kindly ask you to help us recycle during your stay!

• Linen: All sheets and towels are professionally dry-cleaned but are not ironed.
