House Rules & Important Notes

To maintain the pristine condition of our home and respect our wonderful neighbours, we strictly enforce the following policies:

• Strict No-Party Policy: This home is located in a quiet residential setting. Parties, gatherings, or loud events are strictly prohibited.

• Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM.

• Check-In: The primary account holder must be present for check-in and remain for the duration of the stay. Only registered guests are permitted on site.

• Parking: Available for £8 per day. This must be requested and reserved in advance.

• Cleanliness & Hygiene: Sheets and towels are professionally dry-cleaned and sanitised before your arrival (please note, sheets are unironed). For stays exceeding 12 days, an additional mid-stay clean is required.

• Prohibitions: No smoking indoors. No pets allowed.

• Add-On Services: Airport pick-up and drop-off can be arranged upon request for an additional fee.
