• Baby Cot Available: We can provide a foldable travel cot with a base mattress (\(100 \times 74 \times 74\text{ cm}\) with 4 mesh sides, suitable from birth to 36 months). Please request this in advance so we can set it up for you. Note: We do not provide a thick baby mattress, duvets, or bedding, so please bring your own. 😊

• Parking: Free off-street parking is available. Please note that during stadium event days, parking is £15.

• Airport Transfers: We are happy to arrange airport pick-up and drop-off services for an additional fee.

• Linen Care: All of our bed sheets and towels are professionally dry-cleaned. Please note that we do not iron our sheets.

House Rules & Important Notes

• Mid-Stay Cleaning: Stays longer than 12 days require the purchase of an additional mid-stay cleaning service.

• No Parties or Events: Gatherings of any kind are strictly prohibited. We live next door and closely monitor the property to ensure a peaceful environment.

• Quiet Hours: Please respect our neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum between 10 PM and 8 AM.

• Registered Guests Only: Only guests included in the booking are permitted on the property. The primary booker must be present at check-in and throughout the stay.

• No Pets: We maintain a strict no-pet policy.

• No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the flat.

• Key Management: Please take care of your keys. A replacement fee will apply if they are lost.

• No Illegal Activities: Any illegal activity on the premises is strictly prohibited.
