Moreover, the flexibility of booking and cancellation terms for corporate housing means business travellers can concentrate on work, without the hassle of paying for extras. In contrast, renting standard lets can be a time-consuming undertaking requiring:

  • The extra charges make it difficult to remain in budget

  • Waiting for contracts to arrive

  • Choosing, delivering and installing furniture and other amenities
