The Location

• Kilburn Station (Jubilee Line): 8-minute walk.

• Tube Times: Baker Street (12 mins), Bond Street (15 mins), Westminster (19 mins).

• Cricklewood Station: 15-minute walk.

• West Hampstead: 20-minute walk to amazing restaurants and cafes.

• Airports: About 1 to 1.5 hours from Gatwick, Heathrow, Stansted, and City Airport.
   

The Space

• 3 Bedrooms: Two rooms feature Super King zip-and-link beds (can split into two singles). The third room has a double bed and a small patio. All rooms include darkening curtains and wardrobes.

• Living & Dining: Open-plan  with a 45-inch Smart TV (Netflix), a large sofa bed (sleeps 1), two armchairs, and a dining table for 6.

• Kitchen: Fully equipped with a large fridge, oven, microwave, washing machine, toaster, kettle, French press, and a Nespresso machine.

• Bathrooms: One full bathroom with a walk-in shower, plus an additional separate toilet (WC).

• Families: A foldable travel cot is available upon request (please bring your own baby bedding and mattress).
   

House Rules & Notes

• Check-In: Self-check-in. Please note there are 11 steps to enter the property. Last-minute bookings check-in at 5:00 PM.

• Long Stays: Bookings over 12 days require 1 additional mid-stay cleaning; bookings over 30 days require 2 cleanings (purchased separately).

• Strictly Prohibited: No parties, events, pets, smoking, or unregistered guests. We live next door and strictly enforce these rules.

• Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

• Linens: All bed sheets and towels are professionally dry-cleaned (not ironed).
