The Space

This lovely, minimalistic but stylish apartment features a beautiful blend of industrial and Nordic-style furniture paired with many modern details. It serves as an excellent, brightly lit home base for a pleasantly memorable stay in London.

The heart of the home is the beautifully laid out open-plan living and dining area. Here, you will find a comfortable 3-seater sofa, two soft stools, a 45" TV with Netflix, and a designer long wooden table that comfortably seats 6 people. It is a truly great place to relax and enjoy yourself.

The integrated kitchen allows for a home-like experience to practice your cooking skills. It is very well-equipped with plenty of counter space, oil, coffee, a toaster, a hand blender, a kettle, and a Nespresso coffee machine. Best of all, you can step out onto our cute, sun-soaked balcony—a perfect area to enjoy the fresh air and the lovely smell of lavender.

• Bedrooms: Three generous bedrooms feature comfortable double beds, 8 soft pillows per bed, and one fresh bath towel per person. One bedroom and the living room catch the beautiful sunrise light, while the other bedrooms enjoy the afternoon sun. Please note that the street-facing room can experience occasional road noise. We previously tried noise-cancelling blinds but found they didn't work, so we provide complimentary earplugs to guarantee you a restful night of sleep.

• Bathrooms: Three nice bathrooms ensure all guests have plenty of privacy and time to get ready. Two en-suites feature spacious walk-in showers with rainfall shower heads, while the third bathroom is situated in the hallway and benefits from a bathtub and a rainfall shower head.

• Baby Cot: We have a foldable cot with a mattress (suitable from birth to 36 months with 4-sided mesh) available. Please request this in advance so we can get it ready for you.
  
   

 

House Rules & Logistics

Please note that partying is strictly forbidden as this is a nice, quiet residential building. We live next door and, following a past bad experience, we are very careful and want to inform guests in advance that partying does not go with this house. We appreciate your understanding!

• Quiet Hours: 10 PM to 8 AM. Please be mindful of other guests and our neighbors during these times.

• Property Policies: We maintain a strict no-pet policy. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors, and no illegal activities are allowed on the premises.

• Guests & Keys: Only registered guests are allowed on the property, and the person who booked must be present during check-in and throughout the stay. Please take care of the keys provided, as lost keys will result in a replacement fee.

• Cleaning: We ask that all guests treat our home with care. We professionally dry-clean all of our bedsheets and towels, though please note we do not iron the sheets. For stays longer than 12 days, guests are required to purchase an additional mid-stay cleaning.

• Airport Transfers: To make your travel easier, we are happy to provide airport pick-up and drop-off services for an additional fee.
