DO YOU SUPPLY FRESH BEDDING & TOWELS?

Yes, we are pleased to provide fresh bedding and towels for your stay. Please let us know the number of guests, and we will ensure that everything is meticulously prepared for your arrival.

WHAT PROPERTY SIZES DO YOU OFFER? 

We have a range of property sizes from studio apartments all the way to five bed houses. If there is no availability for your ideal property size please email hello@artestays.com with your enquiry.

CAN I COOK IN A SERVICED APPARTMENT?

Absolutely! You’ll love that all our properties come with a fantastic, fully equipped kitchen. With a refrigerator, stove, and all the utensils you need, cooking up delicious meals has never been easier.

WHAT'S CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES?

Check-in at Arte is from 3:00pm, and check-out is at 10:00am.

CAN I CANCEL BY BOOKING?

You may cancel your booking at any time; however, the cancellation policy will apply. If you cancel the booking after it has been finalised, the cancellation policy will apply. Review the cancellation policy during the booking process.

DOES ARTE OFFER A LAUNDRY SERVICE?

Yes, extra cleaning options are available on request. Also, all of our homes have a washing machine that can be used anytime.

IS THERE PARKING AVAILABLE?

Parking availability can vary depending on the location, but many serviced apartments offer on-site or nearby parking options.

WHAT MAKES SERVICED ACCOMMODATION DIFFERENT FROM A HOTEL?

SA's provide greater space, privacy, and flexibility than hotels. With a fully equipped kitchen, a separate living area, and typically more bedrooms, along with access to a garden and/or patio.

CAN I VISIT THE HOME BEFORE I BOOK?

Unfortunately, we do not offer any viewings at this point in time. Nevertheless, we always make sure all images and details of our homes are always up to date.

CAN I EXTEND MY STAY?

We would be more than happy to extend your stay on the conditions that the apartment will have availability. Please contact us using the contact form on our website in order for our booking management team to mediate the process of extending your stay.

DO YOU OFFER LONG TERM STAYS?

Of course, many of our guests stay for months at a time. If your stay is longer 30 days please email us at hello@artestays.com

WHAT HAPPENS IF WE ARRIVE LATE?

Don't worry. We will have a 100% automated self-check in service for convenience. So, you can check in and out in your own convenience.
